At Et Voilà Studios, we want you to love every brushstroke and colour splash from your kit. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of mind?
Due to the nature of our products (art kits and materials), we do not accept returns for change of mind. We believe creativity is personal – just like our kits!
Faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
